I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with hot water in the shower available at all times. The food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. The hotel's location is also a big plus: it's very convenient and well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again! The room was clean, nice and warm. The location was great, my sister and I walked to the city center and it was also close to the subways. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly. They also gave us information about places to visit and transportation. We arrived a little bit early, which I had told them beforehand. When we arrived, our room was ready, which was great. When we checked out, we could leave our suitcases at the hotel until train time, so we could explore a little bit more. They were very helpful with everything!
