The staff was super friendly - I was travelling to Cologne for a concert i got gifted for my birthday. The staff made it very special, brought me the cutest cake and a lovely card. The room was lovely and the hotel easy to access. The breakfast was a really nice buffet ! A lovely view on the park with people playing and walking their dogs.

Location is good, walking distance to city center. Fairly cheap metered street parking available.

The location is not super next to the city center but it’s very convenient to take public transport or walk. its very clean in the room. the breakfast was good. not a super fancy hotel but cozy and comfortable. staffs are nice. very likely to stay here again if I visit cologne again

Everything. Location, beds, shower, furniture and design. Lots of towels (no hand towels). TV worked well for news updates. Hist was very kind. Easy instructions to get in and leaving.
