We got upgraded at check in. We had a very spacious clean room. The bath was nothing i have ever seen before! It was like going to thermal baths! Huge and comfortable.
The hotel is at the perfect location to go at the city centre and right next to Thermal Baths.
Great view of the mountain and the Thermal Baths
The staff was really accommodating and friendly!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I really appreciated the communication with the host before coming and the hassle-free self-check-in/out. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 1 minute walk from Friedrichsbad. I totally loved the design of the room (we had booked apartment #2) : black&white, super stylish and modern. Would definitely come back!

My favourite hotel experience! My room was beautiful and huge, the hosts were so kind and professional, and you step out the front door basically right into town centre and across the road from a garden. Breakfast was also especially amazing.

Close to everything and all bus stops
Nogay ,our host was so kind and let us store our luggage till 5 on day of departure.
The beds were comfy and everything was clean.
Plenty of towels and easy access to the apartment with lift if you want it.
