Staff were exceptional from housekeeping to breakfast. They went above and beyond to help. The breakfast staff exceptional every single staff member. My husband can not have dairy and made his porridge each morning with Soya milk and made him pancakes as well. It made our holiday having been looked after so well. Stephanie should be very proud of her staff. Conceriage on duty 27th, 28th, and 29th Dec 2024 was very warm and welcoming.

When we reached to the Hotel, it was very early and unfortunately I was very sick, although before check in time hotel manager Java Budisuska was very helpful and arranged a room for us immediately.
I would like to thank her especially.
The friendliness of the reception and the staff working in the breakfast section provide very good service and work very devotedly.
The room cleaning service was also very good.
If I come to Prague again, I will stay here again.
Also I will recommend to my friends when they will visit Prague. Thanks to everyone
