Everyone, especially at the reception desk, was extremely nice. Our room was large and comfortable and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center but not right in the middle of it which meant we could go everywhere on foot but were not in the middle of the bustle of the city. We loved the terrace, the welcome drink, the help from the receptionist (to mail our postcards for instance, the "late departure" bathroom which allowed us to change when we came to pick up our luggage, etc. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. It was perfect!

Everything was perfect. They allowed us to check in many hours earlier which meant a lot to us. Would recommend hotel to everyone. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the big shopping centre. The staff was very helpful.
