The staff was very helpful when Booking.com allocated us to this hotel in the middle of the night after our other say was cancelled last minute. It was taking long for our spontaneous Booking reservation to appear in the hotel's system, so the receptionist decided to process everything manually so we could finally go to sleep. They managed to adapt to receive us last minute and we were lucky to have been welcomed at such a comfortable hotel with amazing breakfast.

We really like this hotel, we have visited it several times in Brno. Right next to the Main Train station, and on the edge of the city center. Very good location. The room was spotless and very clean, fully equipped. The breakfast was quite good. Room is a little bit bigger then the average in these kind of hotels, so no problem there. We even had a A/C in our room so we could regulate the temperature in the room as we wanted (in both winter if too cold or summer time if too warm).

Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. The lady from reception anticipated our need for parking and offered herself to open the door for it when she saw us pull up. The coffee was exceptional, I am a big coffee fan, and the breakfast, really good and varied. The room was spacious, the couch and bed, comfy. The bathroom had many storage space in the shape of shelves. The entire place was clean and well kept. Air conditioning is available. We had a bottle of water waiting for us in our room, a thoughtful gesture. There is a mall nearby, 5 minutes away, if you need it. The city centre is close, about ten minutes away by foot.

fantastic hotel, pleasant odour in room, elevator and corridors, spacy rooms and comfy beds, no dust whatsoever, nice breakfast and parking spot in a reasonable price. Distance to the center was 26 min on foot, which was a needed small walk that we needed after our 8-hr car trip.
