The staff was exceptionally nice. The breakfast staff even remembered how we like our coffee by the second day. The breakfast buffet and fruit choice was amazing, very varied with something for everyone.
The beds were very, very comfortable with good pillows, and I'm picky in that regard. The shower pressure was great with nice, hot water. The room had all facilities and kits you would need.
We required a different room, and the reception staff was also very accommodating. Laundry service was also great!
I know Bogotá, so for me the location is perfect for what I needed. It's not central per se, but it's a safe and quiet neighbourhood with a great mall on front and lots of nice little vendors and shops around.

The value for money was exceptional. Amazing breakfast (usual things plus detox juices, chicken stew, broth, areas, potatoes etc), nice shampoo and gel in bathroom, comfy bed, gym, all about sustainability and health. Nice music, too

Excellent location in a safe high end neighborhood with lots of options for eating etc. Room was a bit small, but very clean and modern and with a comfortable bed. Excellent wifi in a city where it has been overall unreliable in the last year. Owned by a very friendly and helpful couple.

Great amenities around including shops (Unicentro shopping centre, éxito, Carulla and ara supermarkets for every budget), restaurants and plenty of money exchange shops.
Host is very helpful and supportive.
