This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and helpful! Our room was clean and spacious and the rooftop pool and gym were a little peace of heaven with an incredible 360 view of the city! The breakfast was delicious and the team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Walkable to everything - restaurants, bars, coffee shops shopping, groceries, parks - and multiple neighbourhoods to get a feel for Bogota overall. Thank you Jenny and everyone at Cassa Luxury Homes! Really great service and conditions for 3star hotel. Wifi was working great, staff was really helpful. Rooms were clean and looked like in the photos. Location of the hotel couldnt be better for foreigners as it is in safe area surrounded with great restaurants and coffee shops.
