The hosts are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. From reaching out ahead of arrival to help plan activities, to (free!!) pickup at the station, to taking care of me when I spent too long in the sun.
The rooms are incredible, the beds are so comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the breakfast is world class!

Good Location. Room was very clean. Boutique type of hotel with very nice and relaxed atmosphere.
Girl at the desk Anine, was extremely friendly and helpful. She has organised for me 5 days of activities in all must to see places around Zhangjiajie. And everything was done by Chinese-English handheld translator. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly staff at any hotel.
Love the place and highly recommend to anyone traveling on the budget.

We travel a lot and once in a while a place stands out for exceptional hospitality. This is one of those places. The hotel is family run and while they don’t speak great English they were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our time. They were very knowledgable of the area and knew where and when we should visit every attraction. They also gave us some 10/10 restaurant recommendations.
Room was lovely, modern and clean and they also gave us a ride to the airport free of charge when we left.
Highly recommend. 👍

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful when I used the translator app. My original room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i asked to change, they were very accommodating. There was also free use of laundry machines at the hotel.
