We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

This is wonderful cozy hotel, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Good location, close to all the attractions. Good breakfast. But the main diamond of this hotel is the assistant at the reception, whose name is Lee, very honest and nice person , we wanted to express our deep gratitude to him for his attention to us, for his help, advice and recommendations, without him our trip would not have been so comfortable.

The service was top notch, they really went out of the way to look after us, organising tickets and picking us up from the airport and to the gates of the national park etc. The food was also excellent, with lots of organic produce including eggs from the owner’s own chooks, which was a pleasant surprise whilst travelling. All the staff were super friendly and our kids didn’t want to leave, they especially miss the owner’s dog. This place has exceeded our expectations and made our trip much easier with young kids in tow.

Rebecca was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was minimal but nutritious. Also, they provide printed day-by-day itineraries which made our trip way easier. The location is good. Enjoyed friendly cashier of mini market and street skewers which are located near Easy House.
