We loved everything about this place. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the city wall. All the spaces are clean, pleasant, very artsy. The staff is very good and super helpful. Many of them speak decent English. Our room was great, super comfortable, bog enough for 3 people to unpack and have space to relax after the whole day. Breakfast choices were good and once day we had to leave early and got our breakfast pack to take away, it was so nice and thoughtful. We visited the cat room once, our daughter loved the experience. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'An!

The staff at the hostel especially Rachel are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and were always ready to help with any questions or requests. Our stay here felt luxurious. The facilities were great, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was incredible as well, sitting just outside of the central subway station (not even a need to take a taxi anywhere). If you're going to Xian, this is the place to stay!

This hotel is a definition of perfection. An amazing hotel that is strategically located, tastefully designed, and well-maintained. The staff are all professional, polite, and helpful. I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. I like the small closet & the bathroom is beautiful, and of course the bidet really makes a lot of difference into my stay in China.
