Excellent location. In a quiet area overlooking Suzhou Creek. A short <10 minute walk to Nanjing Road. Spacious apartments which are well equipped. The apartments include a washer-dryer which was very helpful. Good wifi. Useful convenience store downstairs.
Staff (Simon, Vivien) were readily available, and were very helpful and accommodating.

I love everything here. The breakfast is very good and the room is super comfortable as well. I highly recommend the Roof bar on the 29th floor where you can enjoy the outstanding view of Shanghai. The hotel's location is also an outstanding point, you can go everywhere from here quickly and conveniently.

The hotel is in the most interesting and busy area of Shanghai. Both the concierge part and the reception part are 10. Very humane and close treatment. One of the best hotels without a doubt. 100% recommended. In the face of any slight inconvenience they are here to help, even with personal means. The Chinese are special. My greatest respects.
