In love with this hotel. So clean, the room has everything. The breakfast is so delicious. If I got the chance again to go to Harbin, I will choose it for sure. The host is very kind and considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very tasteful. It has the warmth of home and the convenience of a hotel. I like the flowers and plants on the balcony. The room provides all the toiletries and bottled water. The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!

Location was brilliant,roughly 5 mins walk from little morning food market which was perfect for breakfast.When walking out of the property and turn right it was around 10-15 mins walk to Zhongyang street (Harbin’s high street).We loved everything about our stay.The owner was very helpful and quick to respond.Also understood English well,which really helped.
