Everything! This should be considered a 4 star not a 3 star. Property is modern from the inside, great shower, comfortable bed, good view - loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and some actually spoke English! The ones that didn’t, made an effort to translate. There’s a really cold chill out area with ping pong, a bar etc.
Great value for money.

This hotel was the best! It had a mini fridge, curtains you could control with buttons (and maybe words but we don’t speak Mandarin so we couldn’t figure this out) and a toilet with a remote control. The decor was very nice, the bed super comfy, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. There was a free laundry service and we had the breakfast one day which was also good. The hotel is also in walking distance from West Lake, and has a shop across the street.
