Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

Suite was extremely spacious. Cocktails from the bar were very good. Easy walk to costanera center and metros. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to checkin extremely early which was a huge bonus.

The building was immaculate and modern. Our apartment was tidy and clean. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The location was good, in a nice neighborhood. We walked to nice restaurants without any safety concerns. Would definitely staying here again if we were in Santiago again.

Ignacio warmly welcomed us at 10:00 in the morning as we had nowhere to go after our long trans-Atlantic flight. We got a cup of coffee and our room was ready in no time. The room was nice and cozy and we could reach all places of interest either by walking or by taking a short taxi ride. What a lovely stay!

The host was super kind, she helped me booking the transfer to the airport and kept my luggage all the day after the check out because I had my flight late in the night. There is a nice common space with sofas and wifi. The breakfast is very good too - coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, jam, cheese, ham and scrambled egg made fresh on the moment. I had a wonderful time! The city center (Plaza de Armas) is about 4km away, you can go there with public transports or by walking along the river. It is a very nice promenade.

The staff were friendly, very helpful and the service very good.
Breakfast was self serve buffet includes continental, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, simple but good. In the common kitchen, there is a filtered water machine to fill your own water bottle and a coffee machine that you can select the type of coffee to make.
The lounge seating and garden areas are charming and homey.
We had a free room upgrade to a suite which improved the value for money.
