The staff was very friendly and trying to fulfill every wish or answering every question. The breakfast is very good and dishes as well. Very cosy, family like atmosphere with an even very friendly house dog. :-)

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside.
The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special.
the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing.
The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago.
All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

We loved our stay here , with the exceptional host Victor. He was extremely welcoming and hospitable. the location is excellent on the edge of Centro and the stunning view over to Santa Lucia. The terrace is wonderful and we really felt at home here. Highly recommend, and we will be back! gracias por todos !

Cosy little apartment with all amenities required for an excelent stay plus fully equipped kitchen. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, everything needed nearby, like metro station, market etc. The host very friendly and helpful.

We loved this modern, stylish hotel and really happy we chose to stay here. Our room was spacious and was far better than the pictures of it. The bathroom was also big and modern and clean. Really good breakfast and very attentive staff in the hotel. Great location too.

This apartment has everything you need - it’s well appointed, super clean and reasonably spacious for a city apartment. The location is a little out of town, which worked perfectly for us. It’s only approx $5-10k clp ride in Uber to get to the city centre. There aren’t many restaurants close by but Uber eats is a great option (or other food delivery services). There is a great laundry here to wash and dry clothes when travelling.

We stayed six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway.
The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by.
As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle.
The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!
