Right outside Zurich Altstetten station, 2 stops after main Bahnhof. 5 minute walk from the hotel to trains which run with superb precision in Switzerland compare to UK! and very well soundproofed rooms. Lovely large rooms for 3 adults, very relaxing, particularly after our 4 day mountain walks and cycling. I can imagine it'll be great for business travellers. Outside seating area for breakfast and coffee etc is nice and comfortable and you don't feel the effect of the trains running in a negative manner. The spa looked great, adequate gym, and lovely relaxation rooms to chill in if you needed. Our rooms gave a free Starbucks coffee voucher and a bottle of water. We didn't have breakfast. I'd definitely stay again, price is great and within in 15 minutes you're in the city centre.

The room is very clean and cozy. Staff are so nice and helpful. Very convenient to go around the city.

The property was clean and the receptionist was nice. I also liked the multiple entry points which required your key card for extra security.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the old town is within walking distance, the streets are clean and safe. There is a park right next to the house for visitors with pets, and there are good jogging tracks for fitness enthusiasts. The house has been beautifully renovated both inside and out.The bathroom has very good lighting (this does not happen often), the design of the room is beautifully designed, the towels are large and especially soft. A magnifying mirror and hair dryer get extra points. Every little detail is beautifully designed and well thought out. The hotel team speaks excellent English.

I remember passing by this hotel in Zurich and being amazed at its location. I purposely booked a room to experience the hotel and its location this time. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Famous Paradaplatz, allowing for multiple choices for transit use, and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its high-end shops and cafes. The hotel is also located in the city's old section, making walking in any weather enjoyable. It is also within walking distance of Lake Zurich, Bellevueplatz, Train Station, and Zurich's old, cobblestone streets. This place is at the heart of it all, with the price tag of other hotels nearby. The room was great. Due to the heavy rain on this trip, I utilized the room more than usual. I loved that the room included fresh fruit on the table, a big bottle of mineral water and a personalized note welcoming me. This was a pleasant and unexpected treat—a lovely touch and enough to want me to return. There is also a hot beverage machine with complimentary coffee and tea. I could make myself comfortable sitting back and relaxing while watching a movie thanks to the TV Chromecast allowing direct streaming from my phone to the TV. The staff was excellent!! The front desk person, Crazy-nails (you know who you are), helped me check-in. She was delightful and put a smile on my face. Very friendly and social. It made me feel more like a good friend than a paying guest. It was a very refreshing change after a tough week.
