The location is near public transport, restaurant and grocery store (Coop). It is nice that the hotel provide a complimentary water bottle so I can refill from water fountain which are all over Zurich.

super friendly and helpful staff

People at the reception were super nice and helpful, my room was already well prepared and kept cold (I traveled in August). Breakfast was great, especially homemade müsli was amazing!

Breakfast was outstanding! Beautiful restaurant and great variety. Everything was delicious.

I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

Close to public transport only 1-2 from Zurich Hb may be 3 minutes. Can walk to center may be 10 - 15 minutes
