Checked in was quick. The chap at the reception was very understanding and offered toothbrush since our luggage didn't arrive with us.

Nice breakfast and good location. Take the transit instead of walking if you have suitcases - it takes you door to door. Easy to get around the city from the hotel.

Everything was as expected. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a shared toilet which was also kept clean. A towel was provided upon request. The area is also nice and easy to get to. Check in was very easy. One can pay by card or cash, I payed by card upon arrival. Smooth check out. I recommend this for solo travellers but it’s not a place for people who are looking for luxury. However it was more than enough for me and would definitely be back if I find myself in Zurich again.
