We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

Plenty of parking spots and the location is beautiful. The staff are also very helpful. The check in/check out system is great too. No staff required so you can enter at night if necessary.

Great stay. That hotel is so lovely and great location. Very clean and staff very friendly. Very good vibes. We will definitely come back. The breakfast was really good as well with lots of choices.
