Location was very good, close to the train station. Room was spacious, very clean and had all facilities. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel in Emmen Nord, only a 8-9 minutes easy drive from downtown Lucern. This proved to be a good choice. the hotel was a beautiful place and felt like a trendy spot with good food and service. We also appreciated the attention to design details in rooms and resto. Breakfast was delicious (especially the crisp and buttery tasting croissants). Upon check out, we noticed some odd financial transaction emails far exceeding the booking cost, but the owner rapidly replied and made appropriate verifications to ensure we were not overcharged by mistake. The is a small elevator which is nice with heavy suitcases and the patio was pleasant for end of afternoon cocktails. Lots of PARKING right across from hotel, a plus! I regret not having had enough time to actually have dinner too at FeRUS, as speaks smelled tasty. Staff spoke French, English and German, very kind and helpful

The host Christine is nice and helpful quick response to all we need. The apartment is close to station and located in the old town All facilities are well equipped the kitchen the bathroom are nice It beyond my expectations and it is a 5 stars apartment strongly recommended

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake.
