I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!

This place was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. It wasn’t too noisy either. Most of all, Christine was so kind and gave detailed explanations, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended!

This apartment is perfect for a family stay. Location is amazing but the actual apartment itself is beautiful. I was there with my wife and 2 young children and it gives you so much space for them to run around and play. The TV is logged into the right streaming packages and that window omg that window is the star of the show. The views from the terrace are exceptional, highly recommended to stay here.

we loved it! the hotel is super central, in the heart of lucerne, it is right in the shopping and restaurant scene and a few minutes walk from clubs and bars!! also a parking is nearby (10minutes walk). the hotel itself is super clean, very fancy furnished, you feel immediately comfortable. the self-checkin was very easy and uncomplicated and the contact persons also super friendly. highly recommended!
