It is probably one of the best hotels in Geneva. The staff is polite and very helpful, everything is clean, there is a great view on the city and the breakfasts are the best ones I ever had in a hotel. Everything you need is available, including even a separate dog menu!

I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

The room was really clean and simple and I liked the organization of the furniture and the beds there. The breakfast was pretty simple but it was enough for what I needed. There were enough options to choose from and there were also beverages like orange and apple juice and coffee, milk or tea. I liked it, very organized and clean.

The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will have a wonderful feeling. At the same time, the location is excellent. It is very close to the train station and you can walk to Lake Geneva.

The strength of this place is the staff. Infact I was waiting to review this place and this was the first time. In my whole 12 y of stay In Europe, this was the first time I felt truly welcomed. Location excellent . Receptionist was very helpful giving me a map , explaining clearly where to go , she gave me good restaurant recommendations , hotel was very clean , I liked it , I’d look for a Novotel again , I’d never stayed in one until this time .
