All staff are very nice, especially the lady I met in the first day. She is very informative, friendly and kind. The facility is new and clean. Breakfast is also great.

The hotel is located like 15-20 minutes from the city center. It's a nice walk but the hotel also gives you the public transport pass for your stay there is a tram line just behind the hotel that you can take to arrive at the center. The car park was also a very big advantage as in Switzerland it's very difficult to find a parking space. The breakfast was also good and also added value to our stay in the hotel.
