Beautiful hotel right on the Marktplatz. The staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is very good but there are also many other places close by as well as the market most mornings. We loved it and would return any time.

Lovely, clean apartment in the heart of Basel. Maria is a fabulous host. Very friendly. She was most accommodating to requests, such as a late check-out. Also very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and navigating local transport. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

We went for the Christmas market and the hotel was in a great location for this as we could walk to it in around 20 minutes. Also it is very close to the main tram stops
