The hotel is located next to the station entrance/exit. The location is very convenient. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We were not satisfied with our room first but the reception(Abdel) helped us with room change and made sure we were satisfied with our new upgraded room. We had complimentary breakfast and it was great. That made our stay in Brussel nicer!It was our first time in Brussel and we will surely be back.

The location was amazing! The metro station was 1 minute away from the hotel as well as buses and trams. We were located on a very nice shopping street! We couldnt ask for a better location to stay in Brussels. Amazing stay. They provided as well free coffee for the guests and the staff were very friendly.
