Location is perfect, excellent room service, room are spacious and very clean but the best part of this hotel that made our stay memorable was definitely the staff
They went far and beyond to accommodate our every need. They allowed us an early check in and even a late checkout upon request
From the bell boy to the receptionist even house keeping will greet you with biggest smile and so much respect
Also the staff can communicate in english which really helps

We had a night flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning. After a short wait the room was available and we could also have breakfast. On the second evening, there was fruit waiting for us in the room.
There was a kettle for making coffee/tea in the room. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel wifi worked very well.

I like the staff specially Mr. Ali in reception and the staff in the reception bar also the staff in the restaurant they are all very accomodating and friendly . Very satisfied and comfortable staying in this hotel.

Great location, taxis can drive you straight to the hotel, which isn't possible if you are in the old city. The staff were super helpful and the room was a great size and really clean.
