Hotel Zipser can be summed up in one word “Excellent “ …… Superb location , 10 min walk max - to city centre and all the fabulous Christmas Markets. Bernhard and all his team will make you feel at home the moment you walk through the front door . Friendly helpful and courteous staff are a credit to Hotel Zipser . We had special dietary requirements which were catered for in full , which the staff went well beyond their call of duty to provide for and nothing was left out or a problem , it was done seamlessly . The Rooms , Delux Treble and single were spotlessly clean throughout. Showers immaculate , Great range of foods for breakfast, for every palate to enjoy . We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back in the future , I’d look no further for accommodation in Vienna , . The only thing in my opinion that is missing at Hotel Zipser is another Star ⭐️ definitely worthy of the 4th , Well done to everyone and thank you again for a wonderful stay .

The rooms were tremendous in terms of cleanliness and spaciousness. The pillows and quilts were feather down and the pleasure of sleep was incredible. Our room was spotlessly clean and every extra detail was thought of. Up to the ironing board. The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
