The breakfast was delicious, beds very comfortable especially the pillows and the staff were very friendly. There was great team and bus transport available directly outside the hotel making it easy to travel into the city each day. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. The location is perfect if you want to visit towns around Salzburg, or cross to Germany. The room was big enough for two persons and comfy. The view to the mountain is very nice and there’s a nice river nearby where you can take a walk. The restaurant is located across the street with good breakfast and delicious dinners.
