I came here for a solo writing retreat. It was really perfect - lovely and quiet, very clean and comfortable room (extremely comfy bed). I would love to come here again. Breakfast is continental - ham, cheese, jam, some veggies and bread rolls. I also asked for a boiled egg and they were happy to make it for me every day. As well as lovely coffee. The service is really wonderful. Honestly if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax or get some work done, away from the hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place to stay. The garden was absolutely lovely. Only thing to note is that I used public transport to get here, and it's a bit out of the way.There's a bus (but not very frequent) that brings you to the bottom of the hill from the property. The nearest grocery store is about a 40 min walk away if you don't want to wait for the bus. The owners were very nice and gave me a lift to the train station on the day I left - as it was a Saturday and the bus wasn't running.

Clean, modern, well located! Excellent restaurant on ground floor, working on Sunday and till late, when everything else is closed. Very nice bakery next door opening 7 am if you want to leave early.

It is an awesome place for people with dogs. There is enough space outside for a nice walk. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We found everything that we needed. The breakfast was good. The owner was superb friendly. Recommended

The accommodation was excellent, lovely and spacious for three of us. It is right in the centre of Linz. There is an elevator and stairs too if you prefer, it is on the third floor. The bedroom has two doors, lovely and comfortable and spacious feel. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We have stayed at 100s of apartments and hotels and found the host here to be in the top five! She was extremely hospitable, generous with complimentary food and drinks, responsive to messages and was sincerely interested in making sure we had a wonderful time in beautiful Linz. The apartment was well stocked with everything you could think of, and the host had clearly thought very carefully about what a traveller may need. We loved the location too—an easy walk to all the main sights, restaurants, shops, the river etc.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from holiday in Italy. An amazing place with its own unique atmosphere. Absolute silence, comfortable room in the old family residence surrounded by a beautiful garden. And a wonderful breakfast :) Special thanks to Biljana for her service and hospitality.
