Nice location in the woods. Room was in house next to main pension. Very spacious with kitchen corner, terace and resting area. Connection via tram is quick and easy

The location is amazing, as you're within walking distance of every minor and major tourist attraction that Graz has to offer. It's also very quiet as the closest street is one-way while the rest of the surrounding area is a pedestrian-only zone. The room was beautiful, with a unique design. It was well-organized and there was plenty of storage space. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay there.
