I don't know why the hotel is not rated a 5 stars hotel, because the staff certainly qualifies as 5 stars plus! I'd like to mention the following names as being exceptionally excellent: Ms. Harshi and Mr.Romina at the reception, Mr.Mizan and Mr. Ali at the housekeeping and the dining room staff. The pool staff was wonderful as well and made sure the pool area was clean and comfortable. They all made us feel very welcome and attended to are needs with a smile and great proficiency. We enjoyed our stay in Dubai thanks to them and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Breakfast was great and kept us going the entire day. Thanks again very very much!

Absolutely everything was beyond my expectations. At check in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (I wish I could remember her name as she deserves extra credit). The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was spotless. The swimming pool was really nice and at the right temperature. The WiFi worked perfectly. And yes, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen! Delicious, healthy choices available, with options for everyone (Indian, British, Continental, Middle Eastern). The location was very good too, with several shops and restaurants a short walk away, and the Internet City Metro station about a 15 min walk away. I would have no hesitation in going back here and have already recommended the hotel to some of my friends. Thanks!
