Great Amenities and Friendly Staff
I loved the amenities provided in the room, from the complimentary snacks to the high-quality toiletries and WIFI speed. The fresh fruits was a nice touch, and having additional private fridge was very convenient.
The Location was very convenient I was able to go to Dubai through Sahara mall walking distance.
The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel very welcome. The service truly made a difference!

The facilities were great and the customer service was amazing. The Host was very responsive and facilitated any needs almost instantly, day or night. He went out of his way to make himself available for an early check in and decorated the room for a couple on their honeymoon....would highly recommend this property

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail — from the fresh linens to the perfectly working air conditioning.
The staff were very friendly and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

We stayed only for one night, but the hotel was perfect. Close to the airport with bus stopping right in front of the hotel. The metro station to the city center is also very close. The receptionist was super super nice and helpful! (I’m sorry I forgot his name but he said he was from Egypt :)) We also enjoyed a rich breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the hotel had a luxury feeling.
