We have stayed at club room with lounge access and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Room was so clean and tidy all the time and very speacial thanks to Mr.Kalaikovan who was our housekeeper✌️Aslo Mrs. Wasana at the club lounge was also so kind and helpfull all the time. Thankfull to her too, who made our holiday better 🙏 all the staff were amazing. If we come back to abu dhabi we stay here again for sure ✌️

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Abu Dhabi, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We would like to express our gratitude and share our delightful experience at this wonderful establishment.
Upon arrival, we requested a non-smoking room, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that all non-smoking rooms were occupied. However, the manager went above and beyond our expectations by upgrading us to a luxurious suite with a Jacuzzi. This gesture was incredibly kind and highly appreciated. It set the tone for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Despite the hotel's bustling location, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and tranquil our room was. We could unwind and relax without any disturbances, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.
The hotel's connection to Abu Dhabi Mall was also a huge convenience. We loved having direct access to a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It made exploring the city hassle-free, and we didn't have to venture far to find everything we needed.
