Superb hotel. I loved the staff who were so genuine and there to help. Honestly I received some of the best service here in this hotel that I have experienced ever before. Reception staff (unfortunately I didn't get their names) were so helpful, room staff and in particular the gentleman who made the birthday cake out of towels and arranged baloons for one of our party. We didn't have dinner or use the bars but restaurant staff were so attentive for breakfast. Christian, Richard, Surya, Yonas, Soyim, Fdna and Anand were the people on duty and wow! they were so attentive to all the guests. The pool and beach area was so well presented and again staff so friendly. Rooms were very well presented and well laid out. Will definitely stay longer on our next visit.

We have stayed at club room with lounge access and enjoyed every moment of our holiday. Room was so clean and tidy all the time and very speacial thanks to Mr.Kalaikovan who was our housekeeper✌️Aslo Mrs. Wasana at the club lounge was also so kind and helpfull all the time. Thankfull to her too, who made our holiday better 🙏 all the staff were amazing. If we come back to abu dhabi we stay here again for sure ✌️

I just want to give a big shout out to Renee at the check in. We arrived on a early morning flight and when we got to check in Renee was very kind allowed us to go to the club lounge to have our breakfast and relax while they prepared club lounge room.We were given keys to our room once we finished our breakfast. The service was amazing and so quick.will definitely go back.
