The Hotel is powered by an inverter and solar panels for full service during load shedding times. The rooms have lighting outside on their patio's as well as inside the rooms. There is bathroom lighting and strong wifi signal in the rooms when there is loadshedding. Amazing place with such a great decoration and vibe. I loved that we had a different breakfast everyday and it was done with such care! Great staff as well!

Kapensis Guesthouse offers accommodation with a touch of African style within a natural reserve, just outside Pringle Bay. It features its own 1 km hiking trail through Cape fynbos, windsurfing and cycling facilities.

Guests can relax with a book from the in-house library, order drinks at the bar or experience authentic outdoor braai barbecues in the gardens. WiFi access is free throughout the property. We only had one night here, but we wish we had had more. The room was fabulous and the views are wonderful. We would definitely reccommend a stay here for anyone who loves the countryside and the peace and quiet.

All of the rooms at Swellendam Guest House have a veranda with direct access to the garden. The rooms feature a satellite TV, a minibar and a fan. Some rooms offer views of the Langeberg Mountains. The room was really nice and it was clear that a lot of thought was put into the decorations. The car was washed overnight which was a nice surprise in the morning. The host were great, they even helped us out when we freaked out about a big spider in the bathroom before we wanted to go to sleep. Breakfast was also really nice
