Kim runs a smooth operation here and is the sweetest host. Room is large and feels like a studio apartment. Air con works very well. Everything is clean. It’s old school vibes with the dresser and closet. Bathroom is fine and there’s hot water but bring your own soap / shampoo. Laundry available for 30K. Location is right on Bui Vien street. It’s an old building with some cracks and there could be cockroaches, but they killed them for me and always made sure I was safe and comfortable. Still 5 stars for price, value, location, host.
