The rooms were very clean and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, at both the hotel restaurant and the reception desk/ hotel lobby. There was a wide variety of food options for breakfast which was lovely. The hotel is in a prime location as it's close to the lake (very central) but not directly where all the night time festivities are happening. In saying that, it's only a few minutes walk away but the location still has a good buzz without being too overwhelming. I lived in Hanoi 6 years ago and chose this hotel based on it's location as it's on a wonderful street that has a good vibe. Pizza 4Ps (only the best pizza in Vietnam) is a stone throw away and Polite Pub (where you can get amazing cocktails) is directly opposite. The hotel's rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a whiskey sours or any of their other cocktail offerings. We will most certainly be back! Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant is placed in the heart of Old Quarter just a 10-minute drive to Hanoi Train Station. Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. Great location and the straff are so friendly, Rosie the manager made our stay to the best, she helped us a little bit x-tra, a really good service. The room was clean and big.

Despite being in such a busy area, the room was quiet, clean, and tidy, and the aircon worked perfectly—an absolute lifesaver. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The free breakfast was delicious—I highly recommend trying the French toast and chicken noodles. The coffee was excellent too! One highlight was the in-house spa, which was affordable and so relaxing after long days of exploring. They also made organizing airport transfers a breeze, with reasonable pricing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!
