Everything was perfect, breakfast, room, location - all is great. There is a little bit of walking down to the beach, but not a problem at all. There is a mosque real close to the hotel, so you just keep the balcony open and the Adhan will wake you up for fajr :)

We had a very great stay at Bahab guesthouse. Cem and his wife are wonderful hosts, making you easily feel comfortable and relaxed. The room is beautifully furnished, good bed. Nice place to sit outside, in sun or shade. Breakfast was great with home made marmelades, and lovely fried eggs and the Turkish specialities. Cem offers several suggestions for good food (great restaurant with Turkish kitchen in the village, and interesting places in direct or further environment. We planned to stay 2 days but decided to come back for a few more days on this special spot. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful environment: a little village looking over the former sea, in antique times, now totally sanded. From the guesthouse you can make visits to the most beautiful antique places in Western Turkey: Epheses, of course, but also beautiful Milete, on walking distance from the guesthouse: Priene, and also on less than an hour drive, several less well known but well kept secrets from antique times.

Not only one but all the staff was outstanding. Very much welcoming but also professional. Breakfast was very delicious. Presentation was also super nice. Fireplace, especially this time of the year is a big bonus. Definitely suggest Gaia to everyone…. Also definitely suggest coming to Alacati off-season to everyone….
