My stay at Raffles Palace Macca was truly unforgettable. It was my first time doing Umrah, and the way I was treated made me feel so special—like I was out of this world. I didn’t want to leave. Special thanks to Mr Yaseen Ali, Saqib,Nasir and of course the Butler Manager; Wasim, Rania and Tasnim… for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and meaningful. I will always remember this experience and pray I get to return soon, InshaAllah.

Le Méridien Towers Makkah is elegantly designed and well equipped with kitchenettes. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The location, though across the tunnel, was incredibly convenient thanks to the 10/10 bus service, which made traveling to and from Masjid al-Haram effortless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of elevators, ensuring there was no rush or waiting at any time—a huge convenience during a busy trip. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—10/10! A special shoutout to the chef who prepared the lahm muqalaba—it was incredibly delicious and a highlight of our mornings. Customer service was exceptional across the board. Mirza Abdul Rashid at the concierge stood out for his helpfulness and dedication, going out of his way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. In the Asian restaurant, Saud and Hossein provided outstanding service, ensuring a delightful dining experience. With such a combination of top-notch services and amenities, this hotel truly exceeded expectations. I look forward to staying here again!
