From the minute we checked in till we departed, everything was beyond expectations. Mr Wahbi at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Ms Mashael from the operator is very efficient. The service provided is very prompt when I requested for room service it were delivered promptly. Shuttle service is great and efficient too. Alhamdullilah all is perfect!
