We expected to arrived very early in the morning and therefore booked the previous night. We however arrived a little late in the morning and the hotel offered to reduce our stay by one night (cancelling the previous night). It was such an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

We recently stayed at the Jabal Omer Marriott Hotel, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality and service we received made our stay truly memorable. From the start, Ali at the breakfast guest welcome desk made us feel right at home each morning with his warm greetings and attention to detail. He set such a positive tone for the day! The housekeeping staff, especially Shakir, maintained our room with the utmost care. It was always spotless, and the little touches made a difference in our comfort. Customer relations officer Omer went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was seamless. His kindness and willingness to help truly stood out, and he made us feel like valued guests throughout our time here. We also had a minor hiccup when we misplaced our room keys in the haram, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and efficient in issuing us new ones without any hassle, which we really appreciated The hotel’s location is quite convenient, with a short walk of about 10 to 15 minutes to the haram, depending on the route security directs you to. This proximity made it very easy for us to attend prayers and return without long waits or commutes. Overall, the Jabal Omer Marriott Hotel combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Makkah!

There are also non-stop buses from Masjudul Haram to this location, so it is easy to get there and back to the hotel at any time, and the ride takes no more than 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and those who clean and maintain the rooms are friendly, whatever you need they will do at your request. The hotel has large masjids for women and men separately where they can pray so that they don't have to go to Masjidul Haram for every prayer. The food in the hotel is delicious and varied. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is a restaurant nearby. In the vicinity of the hotel there are markets, barber shops, restaurants and clothing stores and various other things. It takes an hour to get here from Jeddah airport, and it takes 20 minutes from this hotel to Haramain station, also the hotel is 20 minutes away from the nearest miqat in Mecca (Masjid tanim tempat miqat).
