Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

The staff engagement was excellent from the reception, to security staff, staff who assist our baggage, dining area staff and to the staff answered the phone when I inquired for room service of food. 3. Just a 3-minute drive from Al Masjid Al Haram, Elaf Bakkah Hotel is located in Aziziah Mahbas Al Jin. It offers a restaurant with a 24-hour room service. The shopping centres in Aziziah are 5 minutes by car. Staff are professional and friendly. I booked 3 double bed room for my six member family and wanted all those in same floor, to accommodate my requirement they provided me two room with 3 beds next to each other and another room with 2 bed just in front. Room service and support staff are very good, I must mention a lady at the reception and bellman EMAD, they were very active and cooperative. Although the hotel is bit far away from Masjid Al Haram, but 24/7 free commuter bus service is available leaving each 20 minutes makes it very convenient to commute between Hotel and Haram.
