The staff was super friendly, we got upgraded to the suite and it was the best stay of our trip! they had a little book with recommendations and they took our bags from us earlier than the check in time and put them in our room once it was ready which was a great touch. we only stayed here for one night but i wish it was longer! The staff is also super communicative in advance, and there is clear signs on the streets to find the property.

This 150 year-old residence is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool and offers view of Sintra’s Moorish Castle. All rooms are simply decorated, and some have unique bathrooms with colourfully painted tiles. This is not a hotel. This is a castle ! It is so beautiful, finally a place to stay that isn’t like every other other. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Situated in the centre of Sintra, the Bliss Hotel is a designer hotel full of character, fitted with contemporary interiors. Sintra Train Station is just 140 metres away while the renowned Pena Palace is 4 km away. We liked our stay very much. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes from the train station. We had a very nice view on the forest from our window. The breakfast was delicious, people were very friendly, everything was great. I would definitely come back, so far it was my best experience with accommodation in Portugal out of my multiple visits.
