The location of the hotel was fabulous brilliant views of the sea and the staff were so friendly and very helpful when we had to stay an extra night as our plane home was cancelled! The hotel also provided a very good complimentary mini bus service to the start and finish of various walks and to Funchal and to the airport. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and place!

Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Room spacious, lots of space for clothes etc. Aircon really excellent. Wifi the fastest I have ever encountered. Big delicious breakfasts.

Everything started well when we entered the hotel.the staff was incredibly helpful and kind We thought the view was beautiful from the part of the hotel that opened to the pool.The rooms were very clean and had a very large balcony.The location of the hotel is in a position to easily reach everywhere.The breakfast was amazing

It was a unique experience, the breakfast was very varied, the hotel has several leisure spaces from swimming pools to restaurants and bars, I will definitely back and recommend it. The location is also very centralized and made my stay easy. The staff was very well trained, always available to help/support and very kind, I really appreciated it.
