All staff extremely friendly. Nice rooftop pool and bar/lounge. Rooms have everything you need. Left before breakfast but got a breakfast box that had more food than I could eat. Free spa admission with a steam room and Turkish bath complimentary. Nice restaurant and ambiance throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

Each accommodation is elegantly decorated and includes tea-and-coffee making facilities, a minibar, and a balcony with sea views. All rooms have a seating area with a sofa. Even in bad weather you can still relax with a view of the sea :) Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Parking at the hotel. The location is also good for trips to nearby levadas by car. We also ordered a massage (standard quality) and ate at a Japanese restaurant (longer wait, but good food). Wifi without problems.

Free WiFi and free covered private parking are available. We lived in a botanical garden, it was wonderful! The breakfast was exeptional. It is very quiet, yet close to downtown. We went to The Brothers restaurant our first night and it was excellent food. The front desk staff booked two tours for us. They were equally accommodating for us getting to know where everything was on our fist couple of days. The breakfast was predictable but so well done every day. What a wonderful place to stay.
