We have ordered breakfast to the room, and received our order as per our request, and on time. delivery was fresh, and eggs were recently cooked, not cold. Rooms were so comfortable we did not have any problem. we did not use the SPA, but menu was large, and looked like fancy. I have used the pool in the morning, it was so cosy, and nobody was using at that time, all pool was belong to me. hot tubs are so good, and relaxing,

Very nice and clean room with stunning mountain view. Great breakfast, friendly staff and you can park your car in the garage. Walking distance from city center.

Every thing was absolutely in best condition. The bathrooms, all bedrooms, etc.. the owner and staff were very nice and helpful. The chalet was absolutely beautiful and cozy, we didn’t want to leave. The chalet was perfect, pretty, clean, well equipped. The staff are so professional and polite they really made the holiday a wonderful experience.

What a fabulous place! The hotel looked exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We even got sandwiches to take with us on our last morning (due to a very early departure, we would have missed the breakfast but hotel staff prepared something for us to take for the journey!). The room was spacious, warm, with a kettle so we could enjoy a tea/coffee in our room. The room had a balcony too!. At the check-in we were given hair dryer too! We had a really great stay there! There was sauna available but we did not opt in for that. Hotel was 15 mins walk from Krupowki.
