The location was absolutely fantastic, smack bang in the centre of Zakopane with bars restaurants and cafes at your door step The lady on reception who worked on 11/2/25 went above and beyond for me, as I was a solo traveller who’s phone had broken, she googled phone repair shops nearby and wrote down the address for me. When I returned she got me rice in a bowl to leave my water damaged phone in. She was just really friendly and smiley and I wish her all the happiness in the world 🙂

New Willa Jan is located in Zakopane, just 200 metres from Szymoszkowa Ski Complex. Its rooms offer views of the Tatras and free Wi-Fi.

All Jan rooms are bright and decorated with warm colours. Each comes with an electric kettle and an LCD TV with satellite channels. It was the best accommodations. In general I never write any kinds of reviews, but i need to write this time for the first time. The girl in reception was incredibly amazing. Unlike the other zakopane people, she speaks English very well and it was very nice. And even she called me a taxi. The bus systems are so complicated and there are no Uber or Bolt taxi in zakopane, it was kind of light in my trip in zakopane. And the room was also amazing. Super clean and large. The refrigerator was not so cold, but if you put your water before you go to bed, you can get a cold water when you get up. The restroom was also very clean and the hairdryer was worked well. The Television worked well and even you can watch youtube through television. But the internet speed is not so fast, just wait a bit of time. The location was normal, not that bad but little bit far from the main street. It takes around 10minutes by foot. It doesn’t take a lot.

Each room at the Javorina includes private bathroom facilities with shower, as well as a fridge. All feature log walls and carved, wooden furniture. Chalets have also a kitchen to cook in. Amazing. Every thing was absolutely in best condition. The bathrooms, all bedrooms, etc.. the owner and staff were very nice and helpful. The chalet was absolutely beautiful and cozy, we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure come back again. Thank you

You can relax on a balcony from which you can admire stunning mountain views. Each apartment comes with a dining area and a refrigerator. It was very clean and comfortable! Great location close to city center. We loved the kids jungle gym area.

Very good breakfast (try out their crepes, you'll not regret it, for sure), clean room, comfy beds. The Spa has 2 saunas, a pool, a sitting area and a jacuzzi. It was very handy after a day spent wandering in the nature. We would highly recommend it!
