The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. It is a small, intimate and very pleasant place. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not overly decorated. The amenities went beyond a two star hotel (soap, shampoo and even blow dryer, things that one doesn’t necessarily find together in a three star hotel.)

Room service is also available. Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Hotel Kuntur Wassi is 7 km from La Granja de Colca scenic point and 70 km from Chivay Town. It was quite chilly, and the hotel provided plenty of super warm blankets. The staff was helpful. The water was hot.
