Great location in Miraflores a few minutes for either the main Kennedy Parque and the famous Malecon boardwalk. Restaurant and bar options were excellent. Room was very spacious and clean. Host was easy to contact. Entering and exiting the apartment complex was from a door controlled by reception (no key to enter...but you need a key to the room). View from balcony includes the ocean. Kitchen is fairly modernized.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The host served a wonderful homemade breakfast in the morning. WiFi connection was fast and reliable. Hot water was always available. For a very reasonable price the host allowed us to checkout very late. I’d definitely stay here again!

The incredible artworks and history were a real treat to discover and stay amongst. The view from the cliff tops over the South Pacific Ocean and Lima coastline was unreal. Barranco suburb is also so lovely with its many quaint restaurants and cafes and friendly people.

Very big and clean room and the bathroom was big and nice! The staff was really helpful! We had a great time there! The breakfast was delicious! Great location at the heart of barranco! Casa Suyay is located in Lima, 30 metres from Kennedy park. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Lima's downtown and commercial area is 10 km away. Rooms here will provide you with a flat-screen cable TV. Really good value for the $ we paid. Everything was perfect! Our flight got cancelled after we checked out and too bad I couldn't find room available here otherwise, I'd love to return again. Oh well, I'll recommend and stay here in if ever going to Lima. One of the best accommodation experience during our trip to Peru.
